I love my newsletter! Since our new normal of Zoom classes, I have found an intimacy in the way we can communicate with one another. And pranayama welcomes each and every one of us into an intimate relationship with vital energy, with breath, and with the nervous system.
I now end most classes with a poem. Poetry eludes to a sensibility of being rather then describing an experience. Pranayama is poetry in a most precious way. We each have a unique experience, multi faceted, of awareness, attention, breath, and time.

Pranayama classes are held every Wednesday from 7:30 – 8:30 AM PST on the YogaWorks Zoom platform. Taught in the Iyengar tradition. All levels welcome. Pranayama is the practice in which we generate, organize, & distribute prana, the vital life energy in the body.
